MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS 8-WEEK FALL BOOTCAMP DATES:
September 24, 2019 – November 12th
Every Tuesday Evening 7:30-8:30pm
$79 weeks 1-4 (Sept 24, Oct 1, 8, 15)
$79 weeks 5-8 (Oct 22, 29, Nov 5, 12)
$138 FOR ALL 8 WEEKS (SAVE 20!)
The class is 8 weeks and it is highly recommended that you register for all 8 weeks.
FREE INTRO CLASS SEPTEMBER 17th, 7:30-8:30 PM
We will be kicking off this program with TWO FREE CLASSES before the 8 weeks begin! These introductory classes will help you learn more about mindfulness and what to expect during our summer program.

YOUR TEACHER: Cina Hoey, LMSW, is a therapist at Positive Energy Counseling Center and is also a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher. She specializes in anxiety, depression, binge eating disorder, working with teens/twenty/and thirty-somethings, and is trained in Advanced Holistic Therapy by Beth Miller.
Cina is vibrant, bright, and a true devotee of mindfulness who has a passion for learning and teaching.
